This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Winston-Salem is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Great service froM start to finish. They explained the pay before you order. No complaints about that. Appetizer was great. I had the miso ramen deluxe and it has three different meats. Weβve traveled all over the US for ramen. Best by far outside of the Tokyo style ramen we had in NYC. Great area and atmosphere. We look forward to visiting again.

Came here for Valentineβs Day for βOmakase is for Loversβ - such a perfect experience. The best food and drinks were served. Also they have phenomenal ramen. The chefs are so friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. This restaurant never disappoints. You have to check it out, you will not regret it!

Always friendly service here & delicious food! They are always happy to answer customer questions. While the ramen & other noodle dishes are delicious my favorite part is the various small dishes you can order as starters or just on their own. This week they had 2 additional specials beyond the normal menu, so we also tried Okonomiyaki for the first time. It was a lot of food but we had fun trying so many dishes!

Iβve eaten here a few times now and itβs great every time. Iβve gotten the Deluxe Miso Ramen, that pork belly is phenomenal, literally melts in your mouth. The gyoza is delicious as well. I always get the original flavored Ramune itβs so good! The staff is always super nice and the space is always clean. Itβs a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it every time. The portions are huge and you get served quick. My sister is vegan and loves the vegetarian ramen.

I had gyoya and ramen here recently. Both were delicious. The pork gyoya was made on site with their own freshly ground flour. Also ramen noodles are freshly made and also delicious. The homemade chili paste is very nice and hot- beware how much of this you add! The restaurant is mostly self service as you order and pay online after you sit down eating utensils are on your table and so is fresh cold water. All the staff encountered were extremely knowledgeable about their products and very nice. This is a great new addition to Winston-Salem's dining. This restaurant has a sparkling, clean, stainless steel open kitchen. There is plenty of inside and outside seating a nice parking area across the street which is paved.
